Hi & Welcome!
I’m Sarah Coria
If you’ve ever looked at your life and thought, Life isn’t what I imagined it would be, you’re honestly in good company. A lot of millennials carry this quiet, heavy feeling, like adulthood didn’t turn out the way we were told it would, and somehow we’re meant to just keep going anyway.
Maybe you’re disappointed with life and the world in a way that’s hard to explain. Maybe things feel heavier than they used to. Maybe you’re questioning who you are, what you want, or how you ended up here. None of that means you’ve messed up.
It means you’re human, and you’re tired, and life has been a lot.
I offer an online space where you can show up exactly as you are even if that is overwhelmed, hopeful, confused, grieving, a hot mess, etc. You can talk things through with someone who understands that life can be messy, complicated, and nothing like the plan you started with.
You don’t have to perform or be “fine” here with me.
My approach comes from my own lived experience including, to name a few, being a later in life bisexual woman, existing in a larger body, living with chronic illness, believing I’m neurodivergent, and navigating the grief that comes with infertility.
These parts of my life shape how I hold space, with kindness, understanding and compassion, and without judgement.
My practice is grounded in my values: feminism, body neutrality, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and a commitment to social justice, including being pro‑Palestine.
Sessions are fully online, so you can settle in from wherever you feel most comfortable.
My hope is that our time together gives you room to breathe, reflect, and slowly reconnect with a life that feels more like your own, not the one you were told you “should” have.
